How the Smooth Club Works
To qualify, clients must:
- Visit the same participating WAXIT location for each qualifying visit.
- Spend a minimum of R500 per visit.
- The R500 minimum spend may include waxing services and WAXIT aftercare products.
- The R500 minimum must be reached within a single visit and cannot be accumulated across multiple visits.
- Complete a qualifying visit in each applicable month to remain eligible for the Smooth Club rewards.
- Clients are to present their Smooth Club card at every monthly appointment to redeem that month’s stamp.
Example of Smooth Club journey should you start in October
- October: Qualifying visit.
- November: Qualifying visit.
- December: Qualifying visit.
- January: Qualifying visit – receive R100 off full ticket value.
- February: Qualifying visit.
- March: Qualifying visit.
- April: Qualifying visit.
- May: Qualifying visit – receive R200 off full ticket value.
Important Terms
- Clients must complete the required qualifying visits consecutively from October through June 2027 ( depending on when you started the Summer Club Journey).
- Smooth Club cards will be issued during October and November and will expire in June 2027.
- A missed qualifying month will result in the client forfeiting their eligibility for subsequent Smooth Club rewards.
- Each qualifying visit must take place during the relevant calendar month.
- Should a client miss any qualifying month after November, they will no longer qualify for the Smooth Club rewards and therefore cannot start a new cycle.
- Rewards are linked to the participating WAXIT location where the client joined the Smooth Club and may not be redeemed at another WAXIT location.
- The R100 January reward and R200 May reward apply to the full ticket value of that qualifying visit, provided the total spend is R500 or more.
- Rewards may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or carried over to another month.
- During discount months, the client remains liable for any amount exceeding the applicable discount value.
- The Smooth Club is subject to availability.
- WAXIT reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the Smooth Club programme or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
By participating in the WAXIT Smooth Club, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
