Born and raised in Pietermaritzburg, Kim has gathered a wealth of life and professional experience that has shaped her journey into entrepreneurship. Having lived in New Zealand and Lusaka, she brings a global perspective and a diverse background in travel, tourism, and law. Now, she’s channelling her energy and passion into the beauty and wellness space.
Kim decided to open a WAXIT franchise because she truly believes in what the brand stands for, professional, hygienic, and empowering grooming experiences. For her, self-care is about feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin, and she loves that WAXIT makes that process easy, friendly, and fun. When she’s not in store, Kim enjoys traveling, exploring Cape Town, and continuously learning new things. She is also passionate about building meaningful connections within the community and creating a space where clients feel welcome, relaxed, and right at home.
