Refilwe is a passionate entrepreneur who has transitioned from advising corporate clients on strategy and operational improvements to building and growing businesses of her own. She holds a dual MBA from GIBS and the Rotterdam School of Management and brings a strategic mindset, strong business acumen and a passion for excellence to everything she does.



Now embarking on her WAXIT journey, Refilwe is excited to combine her entrepreneurial drive with a brand she believes in. She looks forward to learning from a community of inspiring franchisees while creating exceptional client experiences and growing a thriving WAXIT bar.
 

Hobbies: Outside of work, Refilwe enjoys spending time outdoors and considers the Kruger National Park her second home
