Gugu has been a part of WAXIT for over seven years, working her way up from Regional Manager to Head of Team Support. With 15 years in the beauty industry and a background in Social Work and Psychology, Gugu brings not only industry experience but an empathetic leadership style that uplifts her team and creates a welcoming, caring environment for clients.

Now under the mentorship of our Founder and CEO Michelle Royston, Gugu is preparing to take full ownership of both WAXIT Ballito and Oceans within the next three years. She is part of WAXIT’s powerful commitment to developing and empowering internal talent through guided entrepreneurship.
