George and Lara are a dynamic husband-and-wife team based in Pretoria. Lara discovered the WAXIT brand in its early days in Lonehill and has been a loyal customer ever since. Her love for the brand quickly rubbed off on George, and soon he was converted to the waxing lifestyle (without much convincing). Now, they’re both WAXIT-obsessed and have never looked back. George is a business strategist specialising in customer journey mapping. He’s passionate about creating memorable experiences that delight customers and build long-lasting, loyal relationships. With a background in education, Lara brings her natural people skills and impeccable flair for organisation to everything she does.

Together, they hope to channel their people-focused approach and shared passion for smooth experiences into a store that reflects everything they love about WAXIT.

Hobbies: George and Lara love spending time with family and friends and are currently embracing their new adventure as parents to their little one.
