Introducing Susan Penberthy, our Franchisees of Smooth for WAXIT RIdgeview. On  1 November 2023, we proudly opened our first Wax Bar 19th wax bar, and first WAXIT in the Westrand with WAXIT Ridgeview in Helderkruin.

Susan is a dedicated service provider with more than 13 years of experience in administration and management. As a mother of 3, she has learnt the art of balance. With her kids venturing into the world of adulthood and the sudden passing of her husband in 2020, Susan is ready to face the challenge of a new business head-on.

After having spent some time with a fellow franchisee of WAXIT, the endless business and development opportunities of the venture rubbed off on Susan. The business model is ideally suited to Susan’s conscientious and go-getter personality. With a willingness to interact with customers, Susan is eager to bring the beauty and excellence of not only the products but also the WAXIT store to the Westrand.

Being a local to the area for more than 15 years, Susan is looking forward to opening her doors to her community with a brand of beauty that is aesthetically suited to all. A new beginning for Susan in the newly built Ridgeview Shopping Centre in Helderkruin that will bring a smooth and silky experience for all walks of life in the area.
